Walking into the Cross Fit Lehigh Valley gym in Bethlehem, Pa., you will not see any flashy workout machinery. Instead, inside this single square room, you will be greeted by a bald, muscular, man measuring five feet seven inches wearing a baseball hat on his head and a stopwatch around his neck. This man is ready to help you become a stronger person.

Crossfit is quickly becoming a popular brand in the Lehigh Valley
Opening his gym in July of 2008, Markus Riggleman, 40, who still maintains very muscular physique, moved forward with the philosophy “We are not gym, we are a community.”
After previously working in a commercial gym in Allentown, he has an appreciation for what teamwork and interaction can do for a gym.
“At my old gym, people would come in and get on machines, do their own thing, and leave.”
It was ultimately this experience that inspired him to start his own branch of cross fit training now currently located at 320 East 1st Street in Bethlehem, Pa. The gym can be found in a private room located next to ice rink of the Steel Ice Center.
